Ms. Singh completed her M.Phil (Clinical Psychology) in 2012 and had been employed full time with a private psychiatric hospital before she decided to start her own practice. She has trained at various prestigious govt. and private psychiatric set ups as part of her extensive clinical training during her M.Phil.

She has had an extraordinary success rate in psychotherapy, particularly with people having anxiety disorders and relationship difficulties. She has received formal training in “EMDR and Metaphor Work in Trauma” and has utilized this technique well with individuals dealing with grief. She has successfully organized and facilitated group sessions for individuals with OCD & related anxiety disorders for almost a year.

She is a poet and inherits her literary interests from her father who is a national award winning non-fiction author. Ms. Singh’s first book as Editor & Researcher- The Pathway to Addiction Recovery was published in January 2015. She is currently working on her first book as an author. She has been nominated as Special Advisor to Grehlakshmi magazine and writes articles on psychological topics for this and other magazines. Recently, she has received extensive coverage for her views in the media, some of which will be shared on this portal.

Effective parenting is an issue which is very close to her heart and she has conducted workshops in many leading schools highlighting the need for the same. She plans to continue to collaborate with schools in Delhi NCR for conducting regular workshops on issues concerning children and adolescents.
