Individual psychotherapy

Individual therapy—also known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling—is a collaborative process between therapist and client that aims to facilitate change and improve  quality of life. Therapy can help people with the following conditions:

  • Sadness or low motivation
  • Loss of interest in work and enjoyable activities
  • Worrying excessively
  • Fear of crowds/ closed spaces/ heights/ flying/ etc
  • Fear of social gatherings
  • Washing hands repeatedly, counting/ arranging/ checking again and again
  • Death of a loved one or any other personal loss
